Having specialised in Occupational Health and rehabilitation for the past 20 years, and as a registered Nominated Advisor to the Queensland Department of Mines and Energy for over 14 years at Occupational Health Mackay we provide: -

 

  Comprehensive medical examinations every weekday by experienced medical officers who are specially trained in to complete these examinations.
  They can include:
  Spirometry, ECG, and audiogram (in sound-deadened booth),
  A medical that is fully completed on the day of attendance with immediate “sign off”, together with,
A comprehensive report for the employer on any problem area that may need a restriction for any duties to reduce injury, or other matters that need follow-up,
Drug and alcohol testing by accredited testers, and
Drug testing that automatically includes testing for adulteration (“tampering with”) of the samples to provide a more accurate result.
